How did Pigs for the Kids get started?

The inspiration behind Pigs for the Kids came from Adilyn, the daughter of Todd Radwanski, co-founder of Pigs for the Kids. Adilyn was diagnosed with retinoblastoma (a rare eye cancer) at 8 months of age, and has been in remission for almost 11 years.

Todd partnered with his good friend and BBQ enthusiast, Sam Panice, to create a fun event that benefits children’s charities to assist the children and families working through similar circumstances as Adilyn. The two thought of no better way to create awareness, raise funds, and celebrate. Thus, the creation of Pigs for the Kids!
